Austin Cagle is the Executive Director for the Abbey Murfreesboro, a collaborative community of entrepreneurs, artists, and ministers who practice spiritual rhythms together to create beautiful culture.Austin also serves as a priest in the Diocese of St. Anthony, a diocese of the Communion of Evangelical and Episcopal Churches, and is an oblate of the Order of St. Anthony.
He has worked in Christian ministry and Christian education simultaneously for most of his career, serving numerous churches, Christian schools, and higher educational institutions. Austin holds an M.A. in Classics from the National University of Ireland, Galway and an M.Div from Veritas College International. Austin also currently serves as a certified coach and the director of recruitment for Growability®, a business consultation and education firm helping business leaders to thrive in life and in work.

Petey Crowder
Pastor at Christ Presbyterian Church
Petey Crowder is a Presbyterian pastor, husband, and father who lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota and leads Christ Presbyterian Church. He has a Master’s degree from Portland Seminary and a Doctorate in Contextual Theology from Northern Seminary, and is passionate about helping people learn how to pay attention to the grace of God in their lives and respond in the places they live, work, and play.
Some of the primary authors that have shaped Petey’s imagination include Eugene Peterson, Walter Brueggemann, Scot McKnight, and James KA Smith. He loves to read good fiction, run around the lakes and trails of Minneapolis, and travel with his family.
Having worked in ministry for almost two decades and lived in contexts all over the country, Petey believes that the local church is about the work of a community coming together to bear witness to the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in their midst.

Dwan Hill
Songwriter, producer, musician, writer, and church leader
Dwan Hill is a 3x GRAMMY award winner, a 2x Dove award winner, a 2x ASCAP Rhythm and Soul award winner, songwriter, producer, musician, writer, and church leader based in Nashville, TN.
He has toured worldwide as the music director for CeCe Winans and with artists such as Lauren Daigle, Jonny Lang, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Tauren Wells.
Dwan spends much of his time in Music City writing songs for Integrity Music in partnership with his own publishing companies Big Buddy Music and Let Them Hear. His chart-topping songs as songwriter, publisher, or producer include two #1 gospel radio hits “Believe For It” by CeCe Winans and “He’s My Rock” by Bri Babineaux.
At the heart of his creativity and inspiration is Dwan’s love of teaching others. Whether leading a small group of young men, speaking to creatives on his Hey Wise Guys podcast, or serving in his home church, Dwan enjoys riveting conversation and the challenge of making complex ideas simple.

Matthew DC Larsen
Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen
Matthew is an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen, specializing in using archaeology to study the social world of the first Christians. Prior to Copenhagen, Matthew taught at Yale University and Princeton University. He is the author of the award-winning book, Gospels before the Book (Oxford University Press, 2018), which has been translated into Italian (Editrice Queriniana, 2022). His research is published in top academic journals and his scholarship has been featured in The Daily Beast, CHOICE, and Christian Century. He has recently begun leading a research project on the materiality of incarceration in the ancient Mediterranean, generously funded by the Carlsberg Foundation.

Suzie Lind
Executive Pastor of Ministries and Teaching Pastor at Journey Church
Suzie accidentally stepped into church ministry in 2002 when she was looking for a part-time job that would allow her to stay home with her kids. It was then that she recognized her deep desire to help the Church become what it was always meant to be – a collective of broken people meant to bring hope and joy to a wounded world. She spends her time guiding people through their spiritual formation and developing leaders. Her greatest joy is seeing people’s love for Jesus fuel their daily rhythms of life.
Since joining the Journey staff in 2017, Suzie’s primary role is embody and implement the “tables and wells” culture of Journey. She’s also a member of the teaching team, and serves as an Elder of the church. Suzie holds a degree from Azusa Pacific University and is slowly pursuing an MA in Theology through Fuller Theological Seminary.

Flavius Mois

Flavius was born in the Transylvania region of Romania in the 1970’s, during the time of communist rule. In the 1990’s he had the opportunity to travel to the United States with the mission group YWAM where he spent several years as a missionary in the States and overseas. He gained US citizenship and began working as an electrician, eventually forming his own electrical company which he has run since 2005.
As a business owner, Flavius is passionate about seeing each customer encounter as an opportunity to be a testimony of Christ’s love. If you spend any amount of time with Flavius, you will undoubtedly hear him speak of his love for his wife and his two precious daughters, as well as his commitment to keeping them his priority. Flavius believes that leading his family is his highest gift and calling, and he has unyielding faith that God will provide in every area of their lives, as he remains faithful to that calling. Flavius lives with his beautiful wife and daughters in middle Tennessee.
